Bannister Center & Park View Center is actively seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to run our Therapy Department for our skilled nursing facilities in Providence, RI.
Candidate must be a RI licensed/registered therapist (OT, PT, SLP)

Duties Include:
Responsible for the overall Administration, Scheduling, Clinical Planning, Development & Operations of all Therapy Programs.
Collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Provide mentorship & instruct Therapy Staff Members in specific PT, OT, and SLP therapy models.
Provide and monitor individual guidance and motivation to employees.
Assist Therapists as needed.
Requirements Include:
Candidate must be a RI licensed/registered therapist (OT, PT, SLP, COTA or PTA)
Preferably, 2 years' management experience in SNF/LTC Therapy settings.
Must have proven track record as a strong leader.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills required.
Should be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of CMI, Medicare regulations, PPS and HMO management & utilization.
