Trainer/Instructional Designer- Pharmacy Benefits Member Com... Job Opening in Woonsocket, Rhode island - As the Trainer for Member Communications (MCO), you will be responsible for developing and delivering all internal MCO training to the colleagues within the MCO Commercial teams.
This includes:
* Onboarding of new hires and temporary contractors
* Initial and ongoing refresh training of key operational processes
* Development and Maintenance of training documents and materials
* Support to Operational Managers for all team educational needs
Responsibilities Include:
* Coordinate with each operational manager to develop appropriate on boarding training materials then implement standardized training for all new hires and temporary contractors (20%)
* Define and implement structured schedule for regular revision to training materials as well as regular refresh training of operational processes across teams (50%)
* Coordinate with other MCO advisors as areas of opportunities are identified to mitigate potential issues through training and assist with refresh training as part of issue resolution (20%)
* Support reams outside of MCO Commercial as needed; may include ongoing materials to help educate non MCO teams about MCO and our processes (10%)
*Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a Trainer within a setting, including demonstrated ability to develop both web and in-classroom training.
* 3+ years of experience in organizational project management, with the ability to work within large, cross-functional teams.
*Preferred Qualifications* PBM Operations experience is preferred.
*Education Bachelor's degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
