Enrollment Specialist Job Opening in Warwick, Rhode island - We are a comapny focused on educating consumers about their healthcare options. We are Rhode Island-founded company specializing in Medicare.
Responsibilities of this position include:
-Educate retirees about Medicare and their available options
-Enroll retirees into Medicare D plans
-Help existing clients with customer service issues
-Engage referral sources or existing clients for referrals
-Log and track data on enrollments into client management database
-Send out marketing communication to members
-Perform annual renewal applications
-Field walk-in appointments
-Any other duties as assigned by COO
Hourly compensation plus bonus. Flexible hours- work part time or full time.
Health Insurance Producer license (active or in process) required, willing to train any highly motivated individual. Licensing fees and E and O insurance payed for by company.
