Swoon is hiring a Marketing Project Manager for client in Woonsocket, RI
This is a 4-month contract - plus the opportunity for extension

A nationwide fortune 10 healthcare client, who strive to bring more innovation into the healthcare industry. They have recently made a large push towards their digital marketing efforts and are looking to bring on a Marketing Project Manager to manage and execute the direct mail and email campaigns in order to drive customer engagement.
How do I know if I am in the right place?
Do you have 3-5 years of strong project management experience specifically prior marketing or advertising experience?
Are you proficient with MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint?
Do you have prior experience with email and/or direct mail campaigns?
Are you able to lead project and provide high levels of customer service to both internal and external partners?

Job Requirements:
What exactly would a Marketing Project Manager do at this company?
This position will support the Director of ExtraCare Customer Conversion on various projects related to email and direct mail campaigns. Their responsibilities include the day-to-day management and execution of direct mail and email campaigns to drive customer engagement, management of production calendars and project brief development. As a key member of the ExtraCare Customer Conversion team, this position will be collaborating with many different internal departments and our external supplier partners.
Manage the flawless execution of direct mail and email programs, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on budget, including coupon/offer set up and testing, proofing, and data entry
Execute assigned campaigns from brief development through in-home delivery, ensuring all messages are on brand with appropriate target audiences and versions
Ensure accurate data entry of coupon/offer information for supported programs
