Must be hard working, goal oriented with good references Strong marketing, book keeping & leasing,skills. Solid understand of collections, section-8, apartment maintenance, and resident retention techniques helpful. Manager is required to live on-site and be active keeping a quiet, clean and safe environment for all residents to live during the day as well as during the evening. Excellent compensation with income tied to outstanding performance. Community is fully rented but needs an active manager. Community is located in a blue collar area with many section-8 residents.
