Compensation is in the form of a PARTIAL rent credit. Must apply and qualify for a 2 bedroom apartment that rents for $925. After the rent credit, you would pay $800 a month. This is an area of 10 apartments all with private entrances so no hallways to vacuum. Experience preferred. Duties include daily cleaning of common areas (sidewalks, laundry room, etc), cleaning vacant apartments, snow removal and occasional evening and weekend on call duties.
