SLS/ILS Program Coordinator Job Opening in minneapolis, Minnesota - SLS/ILS Program Coordinator Our Coordinators play a key role within this agency. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing, implementing and coordinating the supports and service plans for persons with developmental disabilities or related conditions. Provide direct care. Provide leadership and supervision of direct support professionals demonstrating integrity, professional boundaries and providing constructive feedback. Facilitate, attend and participate in meetings and trainings in a professional manner. Maintain effective working relationships with employees, families and case managers using excellant written and verbal communication skills. Quailified candidates: MUST have a 2 or 4 year degree in a Healthcare/Social Service related field AND at least 2 years experience as a manager or coordinator of an SLS/group home setting or ILS coordination. Perfer experience developing and implementing general and behavioral support programs, including point system and crisis plans. Candiates MUST have functional skills in Word and Excel programs, have a valid drivers license, proof car insurance, a reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, able to pass a background study, M.A. fraud check and at least 21 years of age.
