We are located in Waterford Park just off Highways 169 and 55 in Plymouth. We seek a Life Insurance Internal Wholesaler to service existing agent accounts. Our Internal Wholesaler is the daily point of contact for agents to assist with items ranging from a quick question to detailed case design. As an internal wholesaler, your function is to continue our mission to offer unbiased, independent solutions with the proper concepts, carriers, and products The person we seek is well versed in Life Insurance products and has a passion for providing an outstanding customer experience to the clients they support. The essential components of this position include: - Constant phone contact with customers and carriers - Creation of illustrations utilizing multiple carrier-specific software and Excel - Field agent inquiries, find answers and dig for more answers - 8 - 5 core office hours, some overtime required - Ease of working with numbers and/or math - Relationship development with assigned accounts Qualified applicants will bring Life Insurance knowledge and prior Internal Wholesaler, sales desk or customer service experience with a Life Insurance Carrier or Wholesaler. Strong technology skills along with relationship skills and numbers orientation required.
