Develop product knowledge concerning all our lighting products and services we provide.
Learn from other reps in our company by travelling from store to store with them during training period.
Have an engaging personality and understand the clients we work with...(we are a B 2 B) company with long standing relationships with our customers...
Must understand computers, excel files, updating a data base from mobile device etc.
Must be able to travel out of the territory for training often and 4 weeks a year on the road trade shows with company principles and representatives.
You will work on your own 80% of the be organized and self-motivated....
Must have 4 year degree or similar degree to demonstrate a core competence to meet the demands of today's customer base.
