About the Position:
Top candidates for this position will be enthusiastic professionals who possess IT aptitude, flexibility, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Applicants should be prepared to be involved in a fast-changing environment at a fast growing company where migrations and new systems are being deployed at a consistent pace.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Maintain documentation for his/her responsible systems that satisfies SOC 2 requirements and security standards.
Support a contact center environment of 60+ agents.
Support an end-user base with installations of both Windows and Macintosh.
Provide enterprise printing support.
Manage new employee setup and introductions to specific job systems.
Know and comply with relevant HIPAA requirements.
Qualifications:
Strong Windows 7-10/Office 2013/2016/O365 skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with computer hardware and peripherals.
Knowledge of basic networking principles and Active Directory concepts.
Strong communication skills, team player mentality, and a pleasant demeanor always.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Accountable, motivated, self-reliant.
Proven ability to translate technical jargon and concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to be "on-call" on a flexible schedule to include weeknight and weekend schedules from your home to support our users.
High school diploma plus a minimum of four (2) years of combined experience in a technical support role (combination to consist of education, training, experience and certifications)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server
Working knowledge of Linux operating systems a plus.
Working knowledge of ticket tracking software (Managed Engine Service Desk).
A+ and MCP certifications preferred but not required.
Able to read, follow and create detailed documentation for systems and processes
