B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or other equivalent degree
5-6 years of relevant experience in professional services or custom application development
Solid understanding of database design concepts
Solid understanding of the components of a clustered cloud architecture
Experience with automation activities in both Windows Server and CentOS/Red Hat Linux environments
Experience managing Atlassian products such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket
Experience working with open source development tools such as Jenkins, and Nexus
Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet
Experience in managing expectations when balancing competing priorities
Experience with operations within a public cloud; AWS preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills
Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach when dealing with the operation of production systems.
