Bedding Designer (multile positions) Job Opening in new york, New York - Bedding Designer (multile positions) BEDDING DESIGNER A world-wide producer of high quality bedding and home furnishings is looking for Home Fashion Designers in our kids, youth, teen and adult divisions. These positions require a lot of CAD work. Proficiency in Illustrator is required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Research and interpret youth/teen/adult trend, design bedding and home fashion product accordingly. ? Collaborate with Design Manager to develop and design fashion forward youth/teen/adult home collections. ? Manage workload to meet deadlines efficiently. REQUIRED SKILLS ? Proficient computer skills. Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. ? Fashion Forward color sense and ability to color prints using seasonal trend palettes and provide color accurate prints. ? Ability to recognize and accurately interpret trends as they relate to print design and Home Fashions. ? Strong understanding of product development from conceptualization to final product. ?
