Nearly a 1/3 of home dwellers in the US live in mobile homes.
Mobile Home Community is a leader in brand development. Providing the industry standard in which buyers and sellers connect. Providing tools and outlets to those that sell mobile homes, unlike any site or company online or offline. However, its growth in this arena has opened a new opportunity to service our clients; Mobile Home Dealers:
Mobile Dealers & Resale Dealers are the heart of the mobile home industry. Like, every other facet of the industry, mobile home dealers, know mobile homes, know how to sell mobile homes, in getting real qualified buyers through their doors. Even with some of the biggest brands in the industry behind them, they struggle in building a brand that is in-demand in their area.
Currently, mobile home dealers are struggling in the marketplace in getting their business in front of buyers. Faced with over-priced, antiquated sites, or marketing solutions, we are bringing an Amazon delivery approach to their problem. Dealers, spend horrific amounts of money on:
Newspapers, Val-Paks, Greensheets, , Billboards, Flyers, and other forms of advertising that is no longer relevant to today's buyer.
Enter Mobile Home Community. We offer a marketplace unlike any other. Bringing a 2017 appearance, marketing, and message that will drive results to mobile home dealers, their lots, and their homes. Making it possible to get MORE brand new mobile homes in the market.
Mobile Home Community is looking to hire the best in Business Development Professionals. A professional that understands the concept in acquiring a client, not a customer. We are hiring:
- Understanding delivering results through technology, however, with a local feel & flavor
- One sales representative for Atlanta and the surrounding area.
- Knowledge of the business, contracting, construction market is ideal.
- The ability to accurately work various CRM platforms.
- Position requires, the ability to work remotely. We believe you should live in the state in where
you work to understand the local flavor, needs, and economy.
- The ability to be a phone closer.
- The ability to work initially in data-mining leads.
- The ability and the want to cold call businesses.
- To articulate the opportunity, with an understanding of the mobile home industry and mobile
home market in your state.
- Home office. Equipped, with computer, landline, cell phone, and a quiet working environment.
Compensation for this position for the first 90 days is commission ONLY. However, performance incentives will be paid through the first 90 days in addition to position. After your probationary period of 90 days, you will then be promoted to salary PLUS commission PLUS performance incentive.
- IF you exceed sales performance, in the first month, you will immediately become salaried plus commissions.
In addition to the above, you will have the ability along with management to set your state territory, hire and train new business development professionals and receive over-rides off their sales. After your 90-day period, you will be eligible for company paid healthcare, vacation, PTO, and quarterly salary reviews and incentives.
