Senior Project Manager Job Opening in West Hartford, Connecticut - Description: Direct and develop continuing education activities for healthcare professionals including live symposia, grand rounds, multimedia, and print activities.
Responsibilities:
-Manage all aspects of continuing education activities including faculty recruitment, content development, editorial, creative, meeting planning, and timelines.
-Coordinate with vendors including printing, online distribution partners, and video production.
-Collaborate with accredited providers, medical associations, and hospitals.
-Manage and input online grant submissions.
-Develop comprehensive outcomes reports.
-Maintain timely and professional written and verbal communications with faculty members, accredited providers, and grantors.
-Monitor and manage budgets and reconcile individual activities.
Requirements: Strong verbal, written, and financial skills are required. This person must be detail oriented and highly organized. The ability to multi-task is needed. Strong computer aptitude for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Relevant job experience working with a CME/CE provider or medical education company is preferred. Some travel may be required.
Education: A bachelor?s degree is required.
