Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Director of Human Resources in supporting designated geographic area. This position carries out responsibilities in benefits administration, employee relations, payroll, on-boarding, recruitment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related field. A minimum of one to two years of Human Resources Generalist experience. Healthcare experience preferred.
