Inside Sales & Account Representative Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - We are a locally owned sign and graphics company that has been in business for more than 20 years and we would love for you to join our team as an Inside Sales & Sign Account Representative!
Ideal candidates will have project management, customer service, and sign and design experience.
Job Description:
Manage daily incoming calls and emails related to the sale of signage
Create estimates and simple proofs for requested signs in a timely manner
Schedule and coordinate with in-house staff and outsourced vendors for production, installation, and maintenance of customer signage
Maintain rapport with existing client base and expand client base to new customers
Manage files pertaining to logos, brand standards, etc. for individual accounts
Basic math and geometry skills are a must.
Knowledge of large format print substrates and media is preferred.
