Job Responsibilities
Responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, or other Gathers purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets etc, and prepares payments. Maintains all payment or other transaction records. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Additional Requirements
Must have experience with Oracle Payables and AP invoice matching.
Experience with Oracle Internet Expenses a plus.
