Accounts Payable Clerk Job Opening in Mason, Ohio - The accounts payable position is with a company in the Mason, OH area. This company is a US based payment processing and technology provider. They are the largest PIN debit US acquirer and second largest for merchant transactions as far as volume. They are looking at a temp to hire for this position that will work from 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday. After being hired on there will be full benefits.
accounts payable records
prepares invoices and vouchers,
supplier/vendor correspondence
input data using an oracle system
generate reports
conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquires
reconcile difficult accounts
Requirements
HS/GED or equivalent preferred
Must have 2 years of experience
Experience in Concur
Experience with excel
Oracle operating system experience
Excellent communication skills
M-F 8am-5pm
