B: Must Skills:
a. 7+ years of overall experience in IT industry with 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
b. Hands on and in-depth experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Catalog), ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and overall ServiceNow platform
c. Good implementation knowledge of Scripting, Angular JS/Bootstrap framework
d. Expertise in advanced ITSM (Customer Service, Security Operations, Vulnerability response) areas
e. Well versed in working with Onsite-offshore model
f. Quick learner for forthcoming ServiceNow features/modules
g. Required to convert business requirements into user stories and to ensure implementation of these functionalities on ServiceNow platform
h. Additionally, expertise and experience in below modules is preferred:
i. Performance Analytics to build reports and dashboards, HR
ii. ITOM (Orchestration, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Management and Release Automation)
iii. ITBM (Demand Management, PPM Suite, Vendor Management, Resource Management)
iv. ServiceNow Certification (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, and Application Developer) will be nice to have
