Mandatory
? Very Good Understanding of Identify management framework and protocols
· ADFS and claims based authentication
· SAMP-P, WS Fed and Open ID Connect
· Active Directory and LDAP
? Define and design IdM Solution models suitable for different business domains, leveraging various technologies and hosting environment.
? Perform as a Security Advisor for the client on major IdM initiatives involving multiple technologies and standards like OAuth, OpenID, SAML, SCIM, etc.
? Responsible for technical components architecture diagram and integration document.
? Provide technical solution and guidance to the delivery team for IdM implementation
? Identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance the system and improve efficiency
? Define performance metrics and reporting requirement
? Generate, publish agreed metrics and report to the customer
? Communicate progress towards targets/KPIs, SLA & Operational excellence measures
? Excellent communication and customer facing skills
