Our robust suite of marketing and call monitoring tools include direct response phone numbers and URLs, real-time call tracking reports, caller demographics, call recording and our cloud-based speech analytics solution

Your Role with 800response
Build, maintain and grow strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify and engage customer base on opportunities for additional services and features; maintain an updated and organized pipeline.
Solicit referrals from existing accounts and pursue referrals directly to win business.
Work alongside Account Managers who originated your accounts to ensure a strong start for Customers, some high-level implementation work when necessary.
Support Customer base alongside our Customer Service team, manage customer expectations and streamline communications to ensure any troubles are resolved efficiently.
Collaborate with our Marketing Department to celebrate customer base with featured customer stories other customer-centric marketing pieces.
Travel to attend face-to-face meetings with high-value accounts, attend customer events, and represent 800response via vendor booths, presentations and training initiatives.

College education.
Three to five years of professional sales and/or account management experience.
