Assistant Manager/Sales Associate Job Opening in Waterloo, Iowa - Green Acres Storage is a fast growing, self storage facility and Penske Truck Rental agent located in Eastern Iowa. We are looking to hire a friendly, motivated self starter to join our team as the Assistant Manager of our Waterloo Facility. The ideal candidate would be a person that understands people and enjoys working with them. Duties include: customer service both in person and on the phone, sales, completing lease agreements and rental contracts, taking payments and cleaning of storage units and Penske trucks. Strong sales skills and customer service skills are required. This is a full time position that offers competitive wages, paid vacation, and full benefits including 401k with company match.
