Product Management Assistant Job Opening in seattle, Washington - Product Management Assistant This position is responsible for managing the communications, timelines, and output for ALL GRAPHIC DESIGN DEVELOPMENT between the internal graphic design team, operations team, and a key customer. In addition, this position will coordinate all marketing materials associated with product development, product promotions, and product presentations, and manage the sample approval process as it relates to graphic applications. Responsibilities: Project coordinator for all projects related to graphics: printed packaging, graphic applications on products, and all other artwork applications required by the customer. o responsible for communicating and tracking customer and internal timelines for graphic design projects. o liaison between the customer and internal graphics department for graphic design feedback, revisions, samples, approvals, color proofs, and ordering of product samples (in coordination with Merchandiser). o liaison between the product management team and graphics to coordinate all printed packaging & collateral materials for new products in development. o product lead for ordering, preparing, and securing customer approval on samples in a timely manner. o coordinate with Product Manager & graphics team to design and create impactful customer presentations. o maintain all line items in required spreadsheets related to the graphics category in a timely and efficient manner: sample request forms, graphics services requests, and weekly project log. Coordinate Global Product Program by: o managing all new incoming artwork files from the customer FTP site to the PMI Graphics team. o coordinating concept and color proof approvals with the customer and internal graphics team. o maintaining global project log with status of project and expected sample delivery dates. o all Bill of Material documents and required regulatory documents for domestic and international production teams. o monitoring open order report on bi-monthly basis to ensure project is approved in time for shipping. Monthly market walks with combination of the graphics team, product management team, and VP of Sales, for inspiration and to collaborate on new product ideas as they apply to the graphics category. In collaboration with Merchandiser, maintain an inspiration wall with magazine tear sheets, product samples, and ideas for new decoration treatments as they apply to the graphics category.
