We need a talented individual to fill the role of Sales Representative (Account Executive) for PrimePay. In this position, you will be the one who will: ? generate revenue; ? identify market potential; ? initiate the sales process; ? close sales; ? expand sales in existing accounts; ? Recommend new products and services. Furthermore, we need an Account Executive who will treat his/her territory like his/her own business. We provide powerful sales automation tools and marketing support to enable new business growth and improve client retention. The target marketplace is small/medium size businesses with 5-500 employees. Account Executives must develop long-standing relationships with business owners/decision makers and develop the PrimePay brand in their territory. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and deliver compelling presentations to a variety of audiences. ? Is an effective and articulate speaker and easily adjusts the message to match the audience. ? Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals. ? Closes the sale by learning and addressing client needs and concerns, while consistently moving the client towards commitment. ? Develops and fosters client and networking relationships as a means of generating referrals. ? Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on client feedback and market environment. ? Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively. ? Consistently identifies new sources of business. ? Has a track record of attaining challenging sales goals and managing accounts within a designated territory. Uses territory analysis to target top prospects. ? Represents the highest levels of honesty and integrity. ? BA/BS degree preferred ? Computer literacy including use of laptops, Windows, and Microsoft Office (esp.
