Business Analyst - ADBK38838 Job Opening in Monmouth Junction, New jersey - * Develop, write and communicate business requirements for the design and implementation of businesssolutions.
* Lead and drive the requirements phase of the SDLC.
* Lead, design and facilitate requirement workshops and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
* Develop and deliver effective presentations that a revalued by the client.
* Manage clients' priorities of projects and requests.
* Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to prioritize immediate business needs and recommend options, risks and cost vs. benefits.
* Procure technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
* Investigate, resolve and escalate problems.
* Promote an understanding of IT roles, processes and activities to the business units.
* Support and participate in the formal reporting of project status.
* Quality assurance, Testing software projects and reviewing requirements of business users.
* Analyze/document business requirements and advise on implementation for software development projects and acceptance.
* Knowledge of Waterfall / Agile, SDLC methodologies, Windows, MS Visio, MS Office Suites,
* Experience in development
* Experience in Visual Studio software
* Bachelors in computer science is must and experience in above required skills for atleast 24 months.
