Each salesperson will be expected to learn and perform all different aspects of their job as a salesperson. This includes but is not limited to becoming certified, the sales procedure, proper greeting of customers, product knowledge, filling out in detail the proper paperwork in a legible manor, properly stocking trades, returning demos to their place in the lot in a timely fashion, proper dress code, being on time, stretching when directed, participating in training, customer follow up, proper delivery of sold vehicle and working in an organized professional manner.
Sales experience a plus, but not required. We will train on everything you need to know to be successful.
