Silverlight Web Developer Job Opening in seattle, Washington - Silverlight Web Developer Technology Innovations Group is seeking a Web Developer with Microsoft technologies experience to join our team working onsite at Microsoft. The ideal candidate will be an individual with strong Silverlight Web UI development experience and experience with the Windows Communication Foundation (WCF). The candidate should also have a good understanding for application and architecture, systems manageability and data acquisition. This position is in a talented development group within Microsoft who drives meaningful and innovative changes to Internet-scale datacenter compute infrastructure. Responsibilities Develop web UI with Silverlight Design and develop distributed applications with WCF SQL schemas design and programming System performance data acquisition Tools integration and automation Required Skills Extensive Silverlight Web development experience 5 years of C# experience 3 years experience with WCF Strong understanding of application and network architecture Experience in a Windows client/server environment Good self-motivation, ability to be independent and represent the team Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong oral/written communication skills, especially in being able to communicate technical information with clarity and accuracy in a cross-team environment Bachelor?s degree, preferably in a concentration in Computer Science Local candidates only.
