Callison is currently seeking a Project Architect with Healthcare experience who will: Prepare designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates for projects; Conceptualize total projects and establish key work priorities for development of design, scheduling and budgeting; Interpret design concepts by partnering with Senior Designer and translating them into workable construction systems; Coordinate and consult with consultants & contractors during various construction processes. Successful candidates will have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field and minimum of 5 years experience. Healthcare experience with planning, and specifying equipment is required. Architectural license desired. Thorough knowledge of construction materials, standards and codes. CADD proficiency required. Minimum two years previous supervisory and personnel management desired. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and associates using a variety of software applications. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
