Duties & Responsibility** l Promote advertising and company on industry related websites.l Locate new sales channels to promote company and productsl Prospect and contact potential customers. l Closing sales with potential customers over the phone or email.l Following-up with outstanding customer orders.l Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.l Coordinating, scheduling, shipping, and following-up on customer orders for shipping via various trucking companies.l Build and manage customers information.l Fulfill duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualification $ Skills Required** l Bachelors degree requiredl Proactive in finding information required to complete tasksl Strong writing and speaking skills for dealing well with customers and colleaguesl Ability to quickly learn and retain new informationl Strong Internet and Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, Work, & Excel)l Attention to detail, high level of organization, and ability to follow instructionsl Impressive telephone etiquettel Ability to stay positive and calm in difficult and/or trying situationsl Ability to handle multiple, rapidly changing and conflicting prioritiesl Must be able to work flexible hours when neededl Strong negotiation skillsl Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized and able to perform multi-task works.l Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
