Route Sales Representative Job Opening in New York, New york - We're excited to choose a Route Sales Representative to join our expanding beverage company. The chosen candidate will have the unique opportunity to play an important role in building a business from the start-up stage, contributing towards its rise to success.
Sales experience in the Food and Beverage industry is preferred. Our ideal candidate is hard working, passionate, and above all, a team player. We place high importance on open communication, follow-through, and ownership.
Skill sets we seek in a Route Sales Representative:
Sales, Business, or Marketing major
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Can work in groups and independently
Ability to negotiate with sales mentality
Personable and able build relationships with key accounts
Responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
Sales Route Management
Inside & Outside Sales Visits and Calls
Merchandising
Product Demonstrations
Attendance at Trade Shows
In addition, our Route Sales Representative should be:
Energetic and enthusiastic
Organized and proactive, rather than reactive
Professional, dedicated, and dependable
Reside in New York City or Long Island Area
Start-up is a plus
Have a strong desire to learn the workings of a start-up business, inside and out
This is a Part-Time position and the salary is commensurate with responsibilities. Equity is available for the right candidates that want to grow within the company.
