Equity Derivatives Sales Job Opening in New York, New york - FBN seeks an experienced Senior Equity Derivatives Sales Trader. We are a growing family owned boutique broker dealer that has been in existence for over 30 years.
The ideal candidate has the following qualities & experience:
5 years experience in actively soliciting institutional investor clients for equity orders, indications, and block cross opportunities.
Ability to understand and successfully convey FBN research ideas and materials to a broad audience of client traders, portfolio managers, and analysts.
Proven and experienced in relationship management, especially as it pertains to getting compensated for resources consumed by and/or provided to clients.
Proven and experienced in client relationship development and prospecting.
Able to collaborate with internal colleagues in Research and Sales departments in the areas of idea generation, client management, and client relationship development.
Desire to work in an environment with a work culture that places client and firm interests ahead of personal interests.
Solid working knowledge of both equity buyside and equity sellside business models
Experienced in the practice of order and firm capital risk management
