Sales Associate - Boutique Job Opening in Middleton, Wisconsin - This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through building relationships and assisting customers with purchases. This position will also stock products, ensure a properly displayed and maintained sales product line for optimal sell through, price product and sharing product knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide Exceptional Customer Service
Assist customers with sales of ladies clothing and accessories
Enhance the customer?s shopping experience and create a pleasant shopping environment
Maintain stock, displays and a clean store environment
Perform cash register transactions including accepting payment and cash handling.
Price product when necessary
Assisting other store associates as needed.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must demonstrate and perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ability to effectively communicate and interact, in a positive manner, with all Company personnel and external customers is also required. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic math and computer skills
Previous cash handling and cash register experience preferred.
Ability to stand long hours during shift
Take direction well and multitask.
Highly organized
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Job Specifications
Full-time or part-time (20 ? 40 hours per week), year round positions available.
Must be available to work during evenings, weekends and holidays.
