Recruiter Job Opening in toledo, Ohio - Recruiter About the job: JOB SUMMARY: The Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle of recruiting and staffing for a wide variety of clients and industries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactive Recruiting and Sourcing of candidates to successfully support client requirements Appropriately match candidates to meet client needs and expectations - both skill level and aptitude Conduct behavioral interviews, screen candidates, reference check, manage employees Drive candidate hiring process; schedule follow-up interviews with internal or client staff Establish and implement focused recruiting plans Employee Retention - first line care to respond to needs of Flexible workforce Conduct check-in calls and on-site visits on a regularly scheduled basis to ensure customer satisfaction Follow up on billable staff questions and issues; troubleshoot employee/client issues Manage office Health and Safety Administrative and payroll functions EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required Some college or university strongly preferred EXPERIENCE: 2 - 4 years of Staffing/Recruiting experience preferred Retail, hospitality, call centre or customer service experience. SKILLS REQUIRED: � Effective communication skills, both oral and written � Excellent interpersonal skills � Strong organizational skills and detail orientation � Strong computer skills; Proficiency in MS Office Suite toledo oh ohio
