Pipeline Medical controls a critical place in the Medical Supplies industry. Over the past 10 years Pipeline Medical has created a coalition of surgical and medical centers and serve as their purchasing platform for all of their medical supply needs. Through our partnerships we have forged relationships with distributors, suppliers, and GPO?s to provide our customers with the best pricing and sourcing options in the industry.
Summary
Pipeline Medical is on the verge to undergo significant growth and is looking for a Business and Sales Manager to provide assistance across all facets of the business to support our upcoming growth phase. As the Business Manager, you will lead a small team to help oversee the day to day execution of the Pipeline's growth and business practices, and have ownership relating to core business growth.
You will establish a baseline understanding of priorities and allocate the necessary resources (yours, your team, or others) to complete the jobs. You'll be expected to become an expert in the workflow of the organization and step in to various functions when the need arises. You will be expected to assist and proactively be involved with: outbound sales activities, customer on boarding, sales strategy development and deployment, marketing activities, customer service, ordering processing, and other day to day requirements needed to continue to grow the organization.
Joining Pipeline at this stage you will be given the opportunity and resources to optimize current procedures for efficacy and create new process to help the organization function more efficiently as we continue to grow and scale. You will have accountability across many critical job functions and activities critical to the business.

Responsibilities
Assist in the strategic approach, positioning, and execution to bring interested and prospective customers into the organization.
Support all facets of new customer on-boarding.
Analyze data to identify holes in the market, customers, and buying behaviors, then proactively set a strategy to grow the business.
Provide outbound call support to current customers to generate additional sales based on current and previous buying trends.
Manage a small team to complete job requirements at or above goals, while operating within budget and forecast.
Support our marketing campaign and strategies.
Responding (phone and online) to inbound customer orders and inquiries.
Serve as the ?point person? for all office services and work within the office budget.
Provide top quality work and meet all deadlines
Have fun and keep a positive attitude.
Previous experience:
degree in business or functional related field
Previous experience as an business manager, practice manger, account representative, or similar job function.
Previous experience in the medical industry, GPOs, or heath care practices is highly encouraged.
Skill Set:
Previous selling and outbound customer communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and responsibilities simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability.
Strong communication skills across a broad audience.
MS office suite and computer skills
Independent worker with a self-starter entrepreneurial spirit and attention to detail.
Ability to learn new skills and tasks with minimal direction
Proactive approach on completing projects and addressing unforeseen issues
Creative problem-solving skill to think outside of the proverbial box
Ability to do ?whatever it takes? to get the job done.
Understanding this isn?t a ?typical 9-5? with the drive to put in the time to get the job completed.
Please note, we will be relocating the office to Jersey City NJ in later 2017. Currently the office is located in Highland Park NJ. Make sure the commute to these locations is not an issue prior to applying.
