Renaissance power and Gas is looking for Strong Sales Representatives to contact our new and previous customers, through warm and cold leads, via are looking for those who can handle rejection, produce, are sales and commission driven.
This position is for EXPERIENCED SALES PROFESSIONALS with a MINIMUM OF 1-YEAR EXPERIENCE in Sales e.g. selling a service or product to either a consumer or a business OR if you have at least 1 year telemarketing, direct sales, outbound calling, inside sales, car sales, insurance sales, door to door sales, collections or customer service sales.
Required Skills:
- Strong problem- solving and negotiation skills REQUIRED
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated. - Ability to work well in a high call environment and handle rejection.
- Ability to function in a team atmosphere as well as independently.
- MUST be trainable and approachable
- Ability to Up Sale
- Proven Ability to close
* Must have PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE. Others need not to apply.
* Willing to accept Customer Service Representatives with a minimum of 2 years experience.
The standard hours for this position are:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Compensation:
The pay rate: $10/hour plus commission
