InTouchMD is growing super fast. We have three lines of business: data services, multi-channel and working on Pulse, our beautiful marketing automation platform.
We're looking for a dynamic team player/multi-tasker aficionado.
In this role, you will be the main liaison between our clients, vendors, and internal partners, understanding client needs and requirements and ensuring they are carried through. You'll need to have excellent communication skills (via phone, in person, and e-mail), exceptional organizational and planning skills, and be able to manage multiple competing priorities.
Responsibilities will include:
Creation of Statement of Work documents
Development of project plans
Management of each project
Effectively communicate project requirements and expectations to the team
Provide status updates, including issues and risks, via status reports, conference calls, and meetings
Speaking on behalf of clients
Qualifications:
Being awesome (yea, that's hugely important)
Bachelor's degree or higher required
Project management and client relationship management experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
Microsoft Office proficient
Experience facilitating meetings and conference calls
