Accounts Payable Clerk Job Opening in Addison, Texas - JOB PURPOSE: Compute, classify, record, and verify numerical data for use to maintain accounting records. Process and pay Rent-A-Center's invoices in an accurate and timely manner. Provide premier customer service to the field employees, fellow coworkers and vendors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize incoming vendor invoices and pays them in a timely manner
Assist in monthly financial statement reviews (P&L's)
Scan incoming invoices for archiving purposes
Additional duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Two to five years related experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Must be highly organized and detail oriented
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Friendly with excellent written and verbal communication skills
10 key by touch
