Concourse Federal Group is seeking visionary and dynamic leadership for our LA based, federal Healthcare Practice based in our downtown LA office, with the primary responsibility to lead and grow the Healthcare Architecture, Planning (Design Planning & Economics) & Consulting(Strategy +) regional business, with a focus on positioning Concourse as a fully integrated multi-disciplinary market leader in federal Healthcare Master Planning, consulting, and Design, and with the goal of driving innovation and excellence in Healthcare Design & Thought Leadership, Project Management, and Technical and Delivery success for local, regional and global Healthcare clients.
We are seeking an individual who is an industry-recognized leader in the Healthcare Design & Planning Community in the California Region, has experience satisfying federal clients. The ideal candidate understands and has proven track record in driving business fundamentals that include client leadership, business development, financial oversight, design quality, project delivery, and can convey innovative design thinking and solutions.
Leadership Goals:
Responsible for developing and executing the healthcare strategic growth plan for their Concourse?s federal clients, including developing and executing client outreach goals
Advocates design and planning excellence and quality ? leads the regional healthcare strategy in assuring that we are building client relationships, strategically pre-positioning winning and delivering the most important healthcare work in the region
Builds high performance healthcare design teams ? soliciting and managing client feedback to align operations and allocate resources according to strategic priorities, recognizes and unleashes the potential of others by providing the needed environment, resources, coaching, experiences and other support, champions an innovative and collaborative culture
Champions change ? makes the Concourse Healthcare vision understandable, creates buy-in to the vision by linking day-to-day work to the attainment of the vision, engages and mobilizes others to drive change, reduces organizational ambiguity
Minimum Requirements
Professional design degree in Architecture (or applicable field) required
10+ years of experience, including 5+ years with federal clients
Registered Architect, Engineer, or Planner
Deep knowledge of the regional healthcare marketplace, key clients, and industry trends is paramount
Experience and skill in strategic business development, client relationships and driving sales and revenue with public sector clients, preferably federal clients
The ability to support and lead healthcare business development activities through early client interaction, ?scope of work? development, interviews, and on-going client maintenance interface
Acted as principal-in-charge of a healthcare project /consultant team
Established project scopes, work plans and work schedules
Successfully delivered federal healthcare projects within the clients? budget / schedule requirements
Successfully delivered project scope and fee, delivering targeted profit to the firm interfaced with project managers on schedules, project review meetings, issues management and client expectations
An ability to travel and/or work remotely with teams
A strong desire to train, mentor and develop staff to grow their careers and the business
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years experience in the geographic marketplace
