Senior Care Advisor Job Opening in San Mateo, California - -We offer Senior Referral assistance that healthcare professionals and seniors can rely on. Our Advisors/Care coordinators are highly trained to help families navigate decision associated with senior living transitions for their loved ones.
? Advisor/ Care Coordinator: Candidate must have a passion for helping seniors and families navigate the complex senior housing options during a stressful time for families. A successful candidate should be a self-starter, detail oriented and able to commit to a full-time position. Applicants with a sales, marketing or real estate background will be strongly considered.
Duties: You will be expected to have knowledge of the senior housing and care options and will have strong relationships and working knowledge on the healthcare communities in their area. Our Advisor/Care Coordinator will work closely with social workers and discharge planners to support their efforts in securing the most appropriate eldercare and senior housing. Will also work closely with the family requiring care or assisted living. Training is available and ongoing to fulfill your role and achieve referral targets monthly and quarterly.

Responsibilities
?Work with families and partner communities closely to assure all placements are right
Lead generation through field marketing ?
Follow up post placement to personally assure the senior is thriving and report these results back to the referral source.
