Hospital Claims Specialist Job Opening in Warwick, Rhode island - Prestige Staffing is looking for an On-site Claims Representative in Warwick, RI. This will be a contract to permanent or direct hire opportunity.
Summary: This is an onsite hospital business office support position focused on the processing and resolution of Motor Vehicle Accident Claims. The position entails working as part of a team but also requires the employee to be able to work independently. The position is salary plus significant bonus and commission opportunity.
Job Duties:
Meet with patients to obtain accident and health insurance information
Complete daily billing activities for new accounts
Respond to all emails and correspondence received
Verify and fulfill any attorney requests that are received
Create a relationship with hospital related physician offices to ensure open and mutual communication
Develop a relationship with payers to encourage prompt payment
Maintain a professional relationship with our hospital clients and act as a liaison between the hospital and our company
Other duties as needed
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass criminal background check
Healthcare or insurance background
