Facility: 3 locations around Rhode Island. A nonprofit community health center dedicated to providing high quality healthcare to individuals and families in the surrounding communities. Wide range of services, including routine physical exams; short and long-term illnesses; immunizations; chronic disease management including diabetes, asthma, depression, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions; dental exams, cleanings, x-rays, and restorative care; individual and family counseling services; laboratory tests; and discounted prescription medications.
Opportunity : 2 Primary Care needs.
Seeking physicians board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
**All outpatient.
**Will see around 15-20 patients a day.
**Adult-Geriatrics for IM, Peds-Geriatrics for FP
