Once the region reaches sufficient size, the Regional Director will begin hiring additional Directors who will report to the Regional Director. Job Qualifications � Ideal applicant will have previous experience running multiple tutoring centers (private pay, not NCLB/SES) � Demonstrated sales ability, preferably in educational sales � Previous experience in hiring and recruiting in for-profit education � Ability to work full time and perform some work on evenings and weekends as needed � Completion of 4 year college or university, Masters degree preferred � Reliable transportation � Superior communication ability � Honest and reliable � Applicants must be willing to submit to criminal background check and driving record checks in order to be eligible for employment � Previous experience in education field or management role � Excellent verbal and written communication skills � Ability to work independently and prioritize work in order to meet client needs � Excellent project management / organizational skills � Strong analytical and problem solving skills � Strong customer service orientation � Ability to build and expand client base through marketing initiatives � Previous experience in education / education management / for-profit education Scope of Work � Recruiting, interviewing and contracting tutors � Responding to client inquiries via e-mail and telephone � Assigning prospective clients to qualified tutors � Keeping track of client accounts and tutors' hours � Developing and expanding client base � Marketing � Extremely strong sales ability � Recruiting and developing new Directors who will report to the Regional Director Compensation � Base + Bonuses, significant upside sharing.
