Responsibilities:
Perform internal audit service for Bank clients
Review and assess the adequacy of client?s internal controls, policy and procedures and ability to meet regulatory compliance requirements
Develop workpapers that clearly document the procedures performed
Interface with senior client management
Produce reports that include findings and recommendations for improvement derived from the internal audit procedures performed
Participate in client meetings and executive presentations
Local travel to clients in New York/New Jersey/Philadelphia metropolitan area
Requirements :
BS/BA
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
CPA, CMA, CIA or MBA a plus
Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience that must include Banking background. (Prior experience in Quality Control Assessments or Regulatory Compliance experience, a plus)
Strong understanding of regulatory and safety and soundness issues as they apply to various community and foreign banks
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong Computer and analytical skills
Familiar with Microsoft PC products
Must be "hands-on" and ability to manage several engagements at the same time
25% out of town travel
