Key Responsibilities
In charge of important clients, partners and project delivery
Keep projects in scope, timeline and budget
Maintain project plans, project finances, project documentation, issue management, change requests and change management
Resolve comprehensive issues encountered in projects
Create customer confidence in the Professional Services team
Maintain accurate and timely written and oral communication
Seek ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to customers
Coordinate customer IT, Vendor and internal development team for 3rd-party integrations
Provide software training to strategic clients and partners
Other assigned tasks
Requirements
Comprehensive IT background including, but not limited to, coding, infrastructure, network, domain, database, hardware, API integration, firewall, VPN, etc.
Exceptional writing and communication skills
3+ year software development experience; prefer /Java with HTML/CSS/JQuery
1+ year project management
Candidate must be detail and project-oriented
Strong organizational skills
