Great customer service skills

Present listing presentations to sellers
Conduct offers for your buyers
Pinpoint the needs of your clients
Handle contracts and closely review the closing statement before close
Market properties for sellers through the local multiple listing service and advertising online
Must demonstrate ability to coordinate between buyers, sellers, mortgage lenders, title companies, home inspectors, appraisers, pest, and repair companies
