As an Orangetheory Fitness Sales Associate you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of our members on a daily basis! You will participate in the operation and success of a fast paced fitness studio, build relationships with OTF members and the community in order to help maintain and build member base and you will be responsible for providing our members with a best in class customer experience.

Greet members and guests warmly and enthusiastically with a smile to create a consistent welcoming environment
Respond immediately to member request, inquiries or concerns.
Access new leads, conduct studio introductions with prospects and follow through with all sales steps leading to the close of each sale to increase member base
Process each system transaction and maintain accurate records using OTF systems
Maintain a clean and inviting lobby/front desk/workout area
Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
Participate in at least 2 OTF scheduled workouts per week
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior sales experience with demonstrated excellent sales skills
Demonstrated outstanding customer service
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task while handling many details in a fast paced setting
Functional computer skills ? Excel a plus
Health and Fitness mindset and approach
Very strong problem solving skills

Flexibility to work morning, day, evening and/or weekend hours
