What you?ll do
As a member of the Catherines management team you will:
* Assist in the day to day operations to achieve targeted productivity, sales and profitability
* Ensure world class customer service, store image and merchandise presentation
* Ensure Team development, asset protection and cost control in attainment with Company directives
* Develop and motivate the sales team while demonstrating strong leadership skills
Requirements
Part-Time Sales Leader candidates have the following skill sets:
* Previous retail related experience preferred
* Computer proficiency and strong business acumen
* Ability to create and maintain a positive working environment while making sound decisions and taking action in a timely manner
Part Time-Between 12-20 hrs per week
