Regional Director of Operations Job Opening in Des Moines, Iowa - We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee our Skilled Nursing Facilities in Western Iowa.
This position is responsible to give daily oversight, guidance and development of the facilities in all phases of the operation. These areas include, but are not limited to:
Delivering a high quality clinical service
Developing strong internal leadership at each facility
Increasing market share in the community
Fostering employee engagement and staff satisfaction
Insuring sound business office practices to include excellent AR management
Managing resources by insuring appropriate systems in place to monitor budget compliance in spending and labor
Insuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
This position currently will oversee approximately 6-10 facilities in the Western Iowa area.
Requirements for this position are:
You must be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in Iowa. Licensure in Nebraska is a plus.
Prior experience as a Regional Director, Regional Vice President or other Multi Facility oversight experience is required.
Ability to travel extensively with overnight stays
