B2B Sales Representative Job Opening in Arlington Heights, Illinois - Paragon Mechanical is a locally based, rapidly growing HVAC and domestic hot water company in search of team members interested in growth within a well-regarded organization. Our team specializes in high-quality installations, expert repairs, and comprehensive maintenance services.
We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, results-driven, and eager salesperson who will cultivate and maintain referral partnerships with other area businesses. These relationships should result in a steady stream of referral-based customer leads. This person will be responsible for discovering new business partnership prospects, setting their own meetings, conducting presentations, formalizing agreements, and managing their own accounts.
A person serving in this role would preferably meeting the following criteria:
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
A confident public speaker who is not afraid to lead meetings with decision makers.
A person who genuinely enjoys meeting new people and fostering new working relationships.
A person who is very organized.
A person with excellent time management skills.
Proficient with computer software (CRM, Office, Adobe).
