You will sell our conferences to businesses in the Capital Markets, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Legal and Energy sectors, both here in North America and internationally.
We will provide you with comprehensive ongoing training to familiarize you with our products as well as with all aspects of the sales cycle. From there, your success will be driven by your personal motivation, persistence, and ability to connect with prospective clients. Entry Level Inside Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work as part of a small three-person team, selling a specific conference over the course of a three month period. As our conferences cover such a wide range of topics, you will also develop your own knowledge about each specific topic to increase your credibility with prospective clients ? making this a valuable educational experience in addition to a lucrative sales career! Your specific duties in this role will include:
-Identifying qualified prospective clients and developing loyal customer relationships
-Generating and following up on leads through intensive cold calling (an average of 120 calls each day)
-Making effective telephone presentations to prospective clients, clearly communicating the competitive advantage that attending our conferences will bring to their businesses
-Researching and deepening your subject knowledge of conference topics
-Closing new business·
-Meeting or exceeding all performance goals on a consistent basis
-Thoroughly and accurately recording all sales information
